Directed by Zachary Wigon, the horror thriller film ‘Victorian Psycho’ centers on an eccentric young governess named Winifred Notty who arrives at the remote gothic manor Ensor House in 1858. As she assimilates into life there, staff members begin to inexplicably disappear, and the owners wonder if something is amiss about their new governess.
