‘The End of Oak Street’ Sci-Fi Mystery Thriller Film Stars Anne Hathaway and Ewan McGregor – Trailer and Release Date

The End of Oak StreetWritten and directed by David Robert Mitchell, the sci-fi mystery thriller film ‘The End of Oak Street’ centers on how after a mysterious cosmic event rips Oak Street from suburbia and transports their neighborhood to someplace unknown, the Platt family soon discovers that their very survival depends on them sticking together as they navigate their now unrecognizable surroundings.

‘The End of Oak Street’ stars Anne Hathaway as Denise and Ewan McGregorm as Greg and also stars Maisy Stella as Audrey and Christian Convery as Brian.

Produced by J.J. Abrams, Hannah Minghella, Jon Cohen, David Robert Mitchell, Matt Jackson and Tommy Harper, ‘The End of Oak Street’ is executive produced by Chris Bender, Jake Weiner, Joanne Lee and Leeann Stonebreaker. Production companies are Bad Robot and Jackson Pictures.

The film’s cinematography is by Michael Gioulakis, music by Michael Giacchino, and editing by John Axelrad.

Warner Bros. Pictures will release ‘The End of Oak Street’ in theaters in North America on August 14, 2026, and internationally beginning 12 August 2026.
