‘Newborn’ Psychological Thriller Film Stars David Oyelowo, Olivia Washington, and Barry Pepper – Trailer and Release Date

NewbornWritten and directed by Nate Parker, the psychological thriller film ‘Newborn’ follows Chris Newborn, who, after serving seven years in solitary confinement, seeks to rebuild his life and reconnect with his family only to find that freedom has become a terrifying psychological battleground.

Starring David Oyelowo as Chris Newborn, ‘Newborn’ also stars Olivia Washington as Tara Benton, Barry Pepper as Hersh, Jimmie Fails as Keith Newborn, and Aiden Stoxx as Jake Benton.

‘Newborn’ is produced by Nate Parker, Aaron L. Gilbert, Kevin Turen, and Christina Lee Storm. Production companies are Bron Studios, Creative Wealth Media Finance, and Yoruba Saxon Productions.

The film’s cinematography is by Elliot Davis, the music is by Anthony Willis, and the editing is by Luke Ciarrocchi.

Additional cast includes Rukiya Bernard as Ella, Thomas Cadrot as Derek, Naomi Simpson as Annie, and Mozhgan Dahmardnezhad as Kamal.
