Written and directed by Sun Ho Donovan, the film ‘Just One Life’ follows Renee, a gifted violinist who moves across the country after years spent caring for her mother. Disconnected from her music and uncertain about what comes next, she isn’t looking for love – or a new perspective on life.
Then she reluctantly falls in love with Sam, an astronomy professor whose optimism and sense of wonder challenge the way Renee sees the world. What begins as an unexpected connection gradually opens the door to a new chapter neither of them anticipated.
