
Directed by Michael Day, the romance comedy film ‘How Hard Can It Be’ centers on Mallory, an ambitious New York reporter, who is assigned to a story on the Best Small Town in America, sending her to Alabama. Mallory stays at a BnB run by Robin and her charming son Wren, a former Marine who is partial to his home but finds Mallory’s confidence alluring. Beneath her exterior, Mallory’s warm side is revealed as she bonds with the community, especially Wren. Zeke, Mallory’s best friend and Hollywood heartthrob, visits her there and challenges her to rethink what she really wants.

Written by Marlana Hope, ‘How Hard Can It Be’ is produced by Jim Klock, Autumn Federici, and Jake Helgren. Production companies are Ana Vera Films and The Ninth House.
