With some fellow out-of-work actors, Cody is embarking on a ride along the iconic Route 66 with her rescued dog “Chopper” to raise money for the dog rescue charity Wagmor Pets, from where she adopted her dog.
The community is invited to the kickoff ride on Saturday, September 2 at 9:00 am at Bike Shed in Los Angeles, CA, which will end at Bartels’ Harley Davidson in Marina Del Rey, CA, where a parking lot party will be held from 11:00 am – 4:00 pm, with puppies, vendors, food, drinks, raffles and motorcycle photo shoots. All are welcome, even four-legged friends.
Cody is asking viewers and supporters to donate $22.92, which is a penny per mile, for her Route 66 Ride that is 2292 miles long. Watch the “Save the Puppies” video here:
