Directed by Rachelle Zalter, the romantic comedy film ‘Noli & Owen Are Fine’ centers on two best friends who agree to set each other up on dates, and the plan stays harmless until it doesn’t. Noli and Owen made a pact in high school: if neither is married by 35, they’ll marry each other. Neither has taken it seriously, but the deadline is closing in, so they decide the safest escape is to play matchmaker for one another. Owen is freshly dumped and Noli is cynical about love, so the dates seem like nothing more than a bit of fun. Then the game gets personal. Noli starts seeing Owen’s coworker, Chris, while Owen falls back into the orbit of his ex, Viv. What began as a joke becomes a test of loyalty, timing, and honesty, and the feelings they have been ignoring can no longer stay hidden.
‘Noli & Owen Are Fine’ stars Maxie Dara (as Noli) and Brett Wolfe (as Owen), with Scarlett Strongman (as Hazel), Jordan Cole (as Chris), Holly May (as Marlo), Emily Burke (as Viv), Kailey Cutillo (as Clara), and Olivia Ellis (as Tara).
