Here Are The 2012 Independent Spirit Award Nominees

The Independent Spirit Awards are the Oscars with a bit more artistic integrity. They usually honor little seen films that don’t have the budgets or star power to launch full scale award campaigns, and work hard to highlight some films you may have never heard of.

This year there’s an excellent mix of the unknown and the semi-known, with films like Drive, The Descendants, 50/50, and The Artist claiming most of the nominations. Here’s the full list of nominations.
