Star Wars ‘The Mandalorian and Grogu’ Action-Adventure Film Stars Pedro Pascal – Trailer and Release Date

Directed by Jon Favreau, the action-adventure film ‘The Mandalorian and Grogu’ takes place when the evil Empire has fallen, and Imperial warlords remain scattered throughout the galaxy. As the fledgling New Republic works to protect everything the Rebellion fought for, they have enlisted the help of legendary Mandalorian bounty hunter Din Djarin (Pedro Pascal) and his young apprentice Grogu.

‘The Mandalorian and Grogu’ stars Pedro Pascal as the Mandalorian, Sigourney Weaver as Colonel Ward, and Jeremy Allen White as Rotta the Hutt.

Written by Jon Favreau, Dave Filoni, and Noah Kloor, based on characters by George Lucas, ‘The Mandalorian and Grogu’ is produced by Kathleen Kennedy, Jon Favreau, Dave Filoni, and Ian Bryce, with production company Lucasfilm.

The film’s cinematography is by David Klein, the music is by Ludwig Göransson, and the editing is by Rachel Goodlett Katz.

Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures will release ‘The Mandalorian and Grogu’ in theaters on May 22, 2026.
