Directed by Victoria Monai Richards, the film ‘Search Party: Where’s PawPaw?’ centers on an early 2000s-inspired PG-rated comedy following three best friends on one wildly unforgettable search party full of heart, chaos, and family love. College student Noble Williams rushes home after receiving an alarming call that her PawPaw’s health has taken a sudden turn for the worse. Joined by her two best friends Sunshine, the tree-hugging optimist, and Nigeria, the flat-earth-government-is-behind-everything realist – they head home, running into a blindfolded Bird Box – inspired group along the way. With only a few strange clues and even stranger characters to guide them, they must track him down before time runs out.
