The Best Thirteen Weirdest Zombies Movies

I did a poll on twitter last weekend and asked everyone to give me the weirdest zombie movies that they saw. I got good responses and watched some of them. Here are the thirteen weirdest and best zombie movies that others and I saw.  You can watch these movies on Netflix.

1. Dawn of the Dead – A nurse, a policeman, a young married couple, a salesman, and other survivors of a worldwide plague that is producing aggressive, flesh-eating zombies, take refuge in a mega Midwestern shopping mall.

2. Zombieland – A shy student trying to reach his family in Ohio, and a gun-toting tough guy trying to find the Last Twinkie and a pair of sisters trying to get to an amusement park join forces to travel across a zombie-filled America.

3. Shaun of the Dead – A man decides to turn his moribund life around by winning back his ex-girlfriend, reconciling his relationship with his mother, and dealing with an entire community that has returned from the dead to eat the living.

4. 28 Days Later – His fear began when he woke up alone. His terror began when he realised he wasn’t.

5. Zombies of Mass Destruction – Life is wonderful for the people in the quiet, island town of Port Gamble….until a zombie virus outbreak!

6. Zombie Honeymoon – Zombie Honeymoon is a gore-soaked exploration of how far the boundaries of true love can be pushed without reaching a breaking point.

7. Dead Snow – A ski vacation turns horrific for a group of medical students, as they find themselves confronted by an unimaginable menace: Nazi zombies.

8. Colin – Our hero Colin is bitten by a Zombie; he dies and returns from the dead.

9. Pontypool – A psychological thriller in which a deadly virus infects a small Ontario town.

12. Fido – Timmy Robinson’s best friend in the whole wide world is a six-foot tall rotting zombie named Fido.

13. Video Dead – A family takes delivery of a new TV set, unaware that it is the gateway by which killer zombies enter the world.
