Back in 1958 there was a trouble. Some hillbilly called William Sawyer, he was an arsonist and he also caused a lot of fatal accidents. Election time is coming and the mayor wants him out of the town as all the trouble looks bad on him. He orders a bent group of cops and townspeople to kill this hillbilly and hide the body. They do, and nobody else ever knows about this cover up murder.
